What is included in the $15 "Print Only" price?
You get one printed edible image sheet—ready to go. You must provide a fully formatted, sized image. No edits or design work included.
When does "Custom Formatting" trigger an extra fee?
If you need us to resize, reshape, or adjust your image (circle, square, full-page), add $5—this also includes the $15 print.
What is a "Full Custom Design"?
This is for multi-image projects like cupcakes or cookies. It includes 1–4 images and a custom message for $25. Each additional group of 4 images is $5 extra.
Can I print multiple pages at once?
Absolutely! Each additional printed page is $15. Just let us know what you need when ordering.
How precise is the cutting?
We use a precision cutting machine for crisp, professional shapes-no scissors needed, and it saves you loads of time.
Can I get delivery or shipping?
Yes! We offer local delivery throughout San Diego County and provide nationwide shipping.
What types of images can I use?
We accept high-resolution photos, logos, digital art, and clip-art-style designs. For best results, the higher the resolution the better. You can email us JPG, PNG, or PDF files. We can let you know what is best for your needs.
Can you do same day printing?
Yes, we generally can do same day printing depending on our schedule. We do ask that you give us at least 1 to 2 days notice preferably, so we can plan our schedule and make sure we have your image(s) ready in time.
Can I preview my image ahead of time?
Yes, We’ll always send a preview of your image for approval prior to printing.
