We recommend placing custom birthday cake orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and design time. For sculpted or highly detailed cakes, more notice is always appreciated.
Do you offer last-minute or rush orders?
Limited last-minute availability may be possible depending on our schedule and design complexity. Rush orders placed within 4 days or less may include an additional fee.
Can you recreate a cake from a photo?
Yes. Inspiration photos are always welcome. We do our best to recreate your designs with our own custom touch.
How much do custom birthday cakes cost?
Pricing depends on the cake size, design complexity, and level of detail. We’re happy to provide a custom quote once we know your vision and event details.
Do you make cakes for allergies or dietary restrictions?
While we do our best to accommodate requests, our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please let us know of any allergies when placing your order so we can discuss options.
Is a deposit required to place an order?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
