You get one printed edible image sheet—ready to go. You must provide a fully formatted, sized image. No edits or design work included.
When does "Custom Formatting" trigger an extra fee?
If you need us to resize, reshape, or adjust your image (circle, square, full-page), add $5—this also includes the $15 print.
What counts as "Full Custom Design"?
This is for multi-image projects like cupcakes or cookies. It includes 1–3 images and a custom message for $25. Each additional group of 3 images is $5 extra.
Can I print multiple pages at once?
Absolutely! Each additional printed page is $15. Just let us know what you need when ordering.
How precise is the cutting?
We use a precision cutting machine for crisp, professional shapes-no scissors needed, and it saves you loads of time.
Can I get delivery or shipping?
Yes! We offer local delivery within San Diego for a small fee based on your location, and nationwide shipping for a fee depending on distance and speed.
What types of images can I use?
We accept high-resolution photos, logos, digital art, and clip-art-style designs. For best results, the higher the resolution the better. You can email us JPG, PNG, or PDF files. We can let you know what is best for your needs.
How long does it take?
We generally ask that you give us a minimum of 2-3 days notice so we can plan our schedule and make sure we have time to prepare your image(s).
What if my image doesn't print well?
We’ll always send a preview of your image prior to printing. If a printing issue occurs, we’ll reprint at no cost.
Do you offer same day pickup or orders for edible images?
Maybe! It depends on our schedule. Text us your deadline and needs—we’re flexible and can often accommodate tight timelines.
